Butterscotch-Caramel

Butterscotch-Caramel

$2.00$10.00

Inspired by boardwalk confectioneries, our Butterscotch-Caramel is one of those treats that we fight tooth and nail over. Sweet and smooth, this black tea blend serves up as a dessert all its own, and makes our mouths water just from the candy-rich aroma. Even better, it’s a favorite tea to serve iced when we have a sweet tooth around without needing to add sugar.

  • Pairs well with desserts, crisp afternoons, and moments of low willpower.
  • Steep Time: 200°-212° for 3-4 minutes
  • Black tea
Moroccan Mint

Moroccan Mint

$3.00$10.00

Inspired by the complex tea cultures of northwestern Africa, our Moroccan Mint combined high quality mint leaves and pingshui gunpowder into a refreshing drink that doesn’t overwhelm the natural flavor of the tea. This perfect blend balances crisp mint flavors and aroma with our Temple of Heaven green tea into a treat that can be served hot or iced. For a more traditional flair, brew with a touch of sugar, and pour into cups with fresh mint leaves.

  • Pairs well with spicy foods, chicken dishes, and ice cream
  • Steep Time: 180° for 4 minutes
  • Green tea and spearmint
Nilgiri

Nilgiri

$3.00$12.00

Nilgiri teas are forgiving things. In conversation, teas from this region are often over-shadowed by their neighbors, Darjeeling and Assam, but they don’t mind any more than they mind harsher steeping methods. Meaning “Blue Mountain,” Nilgiri teas are grown along the southern mountain ranges of India, and brew fantastically brisk and bright cuppas that take active effort to get a bad steep out of. Our Nilgiri is a blend of several of the best showings of the season, offering a fragrant tea full of refreshing flavor, and makes one of the best iced teas around to boot.

  • Pairs well with bleary eyed mornings, jams and jellies, and just about anything when iced.
  • Steep Time: 200°-212° for 4 minutes
  • Black tea
Plums & Pears

Sweetly balanced green tea paired with the essence of summer plums and early-autumn pears. This tea is something of a creature comfort for us; it’s fruity fragrance and colorful bouquet tend to make it a prize we fight over. This tea drinks smooth, be it hot or iced, with a lingering fruit finish.

  • Pairs well with rice dishes, dessert, and fish
  • Steep Time: 160°-180° for 3 minutes
  • Green tea, safflowers, marigolds, plum and pear flavor
Vanilla

Vanilla

$3.00$12.00

We’re super picky when it comes to vanilla – it’s surprisingly easy to get a simple flavor wrong! This blend, however, more than meets our muster. Inspired by sugar sorcerers everywhere, our Vanilla Black is meant to indulge (or perhaps kick-start) your sweet-tooth. Made with Nilgiri tea and vanilla beans, the aroma of this tea speaks immediately of freshly baked cookies and brown sugar. The brew itself highlights our tea, with gentle accents of vanilla and a lovely nose. Taken with a bit of milk and sugar, this tea fulfills cravings we didn’t know we had, and also makes for a delightfully refreshing iced tea!

  • Pairs well with warm summer nights, COOKIES!, and tuning out the world.
  • Steep Time: 200°-212° for 3-4 minutes
  • Black tea, vanilla beans, and vanilla flavor
